Tai Chi Alchemy: 13 Postures, Wu Dang 28 & Intro to Therapeutic Tai Chi

Wu Dang Chen is a 14th generation Zhang San Feng lineage holder from an unbroken line.  It is a great opportunity to study this form with an authentic Daoist priest from WuDang Mountain who studied with esteemed lineage grandmasters on the mountain where Tai Chi was created.  

In this week intensive you will learn:

About Wu Dang Tai Chi 13 Forms: It is the first generation of Wu Dang Tai Chi created by Zhang San Feng, the assembler of Tai Chi and creator of Wu Dang Tai Chi. This style combines ancient Qi Gong, martial arts, Dao Yin and internal alchemy practices. It is one of the forms that have been practiced only by Daoist priests in the temple for more than six hundred years.

About the Wu Dang 28 movement short form: It is a third generation Tai Chi form developed from the original 108 movements Wu Dang San Feng forms. Embodying the concepts of softness overcoming hardness and stillness overcoming movement, this form offers an excellent opportunity for beginner to advanced practitioners to learn the original movements in a condensed format.  Master Yun Xiang Tseng (Chen) is a 14th generation Zhang San Feng lineage holder from an unbroken line.  It is a great opportunity to study this form with an authentic Taoist priest from WuDang Mountain

About Therapeutic Tai Chi: It is an internal form for all levels of Tai Chi practitioners.  Learn a simple form combining Qi Flow to gather Qi, increase dantien energy, improve organ health, improve balance and coordination, harmony and health.
